I am SO behind on posting! I have a beautiful wedding, a baptism, Grace’s 3 month session (when her 6 month session is now due!) and this … Chris’s birthday from June this year. We headed out to a park for a lazy picnic in the warm sunshine with our friends and my family, some great food and wine, and we had a blast!

This series of images is from very late in the day, when it was us with Sarah & Carl and Mardee left standing. Chris wanted to keep celebrating and have Jagger shots with any willing person – I was driving, Carl was driving, Sarah was sick with the flu, so it was up to Mardee indulge him … these just cracks me up!!

We drove up to visit my grandfather recently who is very unwell ….. I just wanted to share this image I got of my grandma & granddad holding hands. I love it because they still always hold hands and are very affectionate with each other, so to me, this photograph sums them up very nicely.

Thank goodness the “silly” season is over – don’t get me wrong, I love Christmas and all that it brings, but its all just so rushed! Even so, we still managed a relatively quiet one, with lots of time spent with family and good friends.
